Pig Roast – Ban Marie

These photos show a mobile pig oven which will cook two full size pigs in approximately seven hours and is powered by propane gas bottles. 

The cooking trays fit directly into the mobile serving unit which is kept warm with a hot water jacket or Bain Marie system.  This can all be dismantled, transported and stored in the trailer oven. 

The serving unit, cooking trays and internal oven parts are all 316 stainless steel. Outer oven parts are galvanized steel and mild steel.
